im so dang proud of seohyun. i know u don’t follow kpop that closely but like, it was pretty well known that one of the driving forces behind her leaving SM entertainment was they wouldnt let her pursue acting like she wanted and she ended up missing out on some great roles and career opportunities. girl finally gets her freedom and this is the kind of storyline she goes for? i simply must stan

Oh, I definitely didn’t know that and yeah, the fact that she got out and went for a role like this? With the cachet of being not just part of SNSD but what she was within SNSD? You’re right to be proud! And it seems a role that brings sympathy and frames us positively, which still isn’t a given (anywhere at all). The very fact that there’s so little else canonically f/f in SKorea’s strong media scene even this year shows the significance of roles like this.

Do you know any other wlw tumblr accounts like yours I can follow?

Here are some people who I like for their wlw posts, across different fandoms, some perhaps a bit less focused on wlw than I am, but you know, I’ve had some major m/f ships over the years too, so.

I’ve just named a few people who I remembered quickly, there are so many more out there, I’m forgetting so many, but I didn’t want this to get overly long.

Is greys anatomy and station 19 connected?

Yep, Station 19 is technically a spin-off of Grey’s, with Grey’s surgeon Ben Warren realizing he wants to be a firefighter. It’s set in the same world, both in the Shondaverse, and at this point, seem to be crossing over like, all the time. At this point, there are several Station 19 firefighters linked with Grey’s doctors.
