I love that even you, that notoriously don’t watch many movies, watched happiest season. I think it was a kind of movie many of us were craving. I’m glad you enjoyed it too

Yeah! I really liked it, much more than I expected to.

Though, I was really happy at first to be sharing in this popular f/f thing, since I’ve missed out on some of the recent big communal experiences, I’m honestly a little sad and hurt at the attitude about closeted people I’ve seen from shockingly so many people, people who I know try to approach other things with kindness. I feel more distant from the community than before so it’s been a little soured for me, sadly.

I’m sorry I’m replying your positive ask like this and I’m truly glad other people are enjoying it! šŸ™‚ We did all need something like this, especially this year.

i am just starting station 19 and I have a question. you’ve always hated jack, why? andy is the one who cheated, andy and Jack were both fighting for the same position so they’re bound to compete with each other, jack defended andy when the chief mentioned nepotism. I’m just wondering because both andy and jack were brats and was stubborn while fighting for captain

As Iā€™ve said, itā€™s nothing really based on anything particularly deep, all the characters at some point have looked bad, acting petulantly and self-righteously and hypocritically and selfishly…and at other times being quite wonderful. I had no issues with Jack in last weekā€™s ep, for example, he was the only one trying to be nice and do his job tbh, amid all these people being distracted by their personal problems.

But no, I tend to dislike him just because, to me, his worst comes so often, is so easily excused by the narrative and other characters, and is just coupled with a level of entitlement I found hard to tolerate, especially at the start, when most of my feelings about the show and characters were taking hold. Itā€™s just personal taste.

do u take gif requests?

Uhhh…sometimes and very slowly? Iā€™ve rejected a few because they were from things I didnā€™t like or didnā€™t watch at all but the bigger danger is Iā€™llĀ ā€œacceptā€ them and just throw them on an ever growing pile that I might never get to.Ā 

Iā€™m fastest when theyā€™re specific, short, not needing me to collect a bunch of moments across a series or figure out what parts of a long scene I can stuff into 10 gifs, and when Iā€™m already still in the zone for that particular media.

A Hallmark movie called Christmas with the Darlings featured a cute lesbian couple but ofc they were the c-plot and now that thereā€™s been a gay Hallmark movie thatā€™s done well I want more of that couple and/or more ?ļøā€? Hallmark movies

Oooooh, like, I loved Happiest Season but I also really want one of those more classic romcoms or Hallmark/Lifetime holiday movies where we see the falling in love too. Hey, this is the one with Katrina Law! I saw her promoing it on her SM…shoulda given it a chance, damn. Now I can only find this kinda LQ version with the Hallmark logo all over.Ā
