I updated my list of their clips so now ep 4 links to the version I uploaded to streamable:
ooh, you make me live (AO3 Link) – Rory and Paris spend Valentine’s Day 2020 apart. (Or at least try to.)
(Thank you for the prompt! It is always so wondrous to spend some time with my forever faves.)
Right now? As in, that I’ve seen lately? Or as of this poin–actually, that’s a moot question since I haven’t seen or at least finished any in the last few years. I’m a terrible person to ask this because it’s still Saving Face and Imagine Me and You. What else have I even watched… Oh! Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. I liked it! Fave material, I dunno about that, but I liked it. I still haven’t watched Carol or The Handmaiden, which seem like the only potential candidates I’d add. You should not look to me about movies at all. 😡
Hiya! I did, I did like it, I just lost interest a bit as it went on.
There was nothing in the pilot but the kiss that’s in the New York trailer happens in the second ep, when Pepper, that blonde British socialite character, is revealed to have a girlfriend.
Pepper played of course by the actress who played Maggie in Saving Hope! She goes by Julia Chan now, if you watched then she was known as Julia Taylor Ross but I guess has changed her name since. Her girlfriend Didi is played by Candace Maxwell. I don’t suppose they’ll have a ton of screentime, Pepper seems to be the least important of the main four characters and the style and tone of the show mean there’ll never be much depth or introspection, but eh, it is what it is.
