#DontNormalizeHate PSA shows parallels between Muslim registry and Japanese internment
I get what this is trying to do, but as a Pakistani American Muslim, I really don’t think this is the way to do it. I get the obvious parallels in our situations, of course, and the immediate callback to the lessons we should have learned. But we could simply listen to the Japanese Americans who have spoken up about internment. How is this necessary?
