Ahh Anarkali <3 They should make a movie for it, and cast her. She’s so perfect!
A full movie would be really neat. Lollywood just doesn’t seem to have the inclination (I was going to say money and expertise but maybe it does, what do I know?) to make things that aren’t overwrought melodramas in the desi style but this was really well done (even if a tea company sponsored it). And we just haven’t seen nearly enough Mughal history in our media, considering its significance and, well, how interesting it was.
